Important COVID-19 Update – Staff Quarantines

During the pandemic, Southwestern has been operating with the majority of employees working remotely.  However we have had staff working in our office to perform functions that must be done on-site.  We have recently had several members of this core operations team forced to quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure.  This reduction in available on-site staff may impact our response time to certain communications.
