It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of the passing of our longtime employee, Mike Savoy. After a courageous battle with cancer, Mike passed away last week.

Many of you have had the privilege of working with Mike over the years. He was our longest-tenured employee and a valued member of our Southwestern family. Over his more than 30 years with us, Mike filled countless roles, meeting the needs of both our employees and our clients with dedication, care, and excellence.

Mike’s impact on Southwestern is immeasurable. He was often the first person in the office each day, quietly handling things before most of us even knew they needed attention. His loyalty and dedication to multiple generations of leadership were truly remarkable and something we will always remember with gratitude and admiration.

We will deeply miss Mike, not only for his contributions to Southwestern but also for his kindness, his work ethic, and the steady presence he provided for so many years.
