Southwestern Payroll Service’s office will be closed Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day.

Consequently, no direct deposits will be initiated on this day.

Banks will be open on Friday, July 3rd.

Any direct deposits scheduled to settle on July 3rd will do so normally.

If your check date is Friday July 3rd, Monday July 6th, or Tuesday July 7th, you may need to contact us in order to coordinate your payroll processing for a timely direct deposit.

If you would normally pick up your payroll or have it delivered by courier on this day, please make arrangements to come in on Wednesday, July 1st, or Thursday, July 2nd or contact us to have the delivery date changed.
