Employee Screen

The Employee Screen in Payentry ESS displays employee information, such as the employee’s phone number, address, deductions and taxes.

Field Description
Contact Information Lists the contact information for the employee, such as home and cell phone number, home address, and work address. Some of these fields can be edited by clicking on the Pencil icon.
Deductions Lists any deductions and their amounts. This money is deducted from the employee’s net pay, displayed on the Pay History Screen.
Status/Position Displays information about the employee’s standing in the company, including their hire date and pay rate.
Accruals Displays the employee’s accrual information, such as vacation or sick time.
Taxes Lists any taxes that are applied to the employee.
Fringe Displays any fringe benefits the employee earns. More benefit information can be seen on the Benefits Screen.
