April 12th, we honored our favorite childhood sandwich.

Today, we had to celebrate!

We gathered several different kinds of cheese, bread (including gluten-free for those who needed it!), lunch meat, bacon, and many fun toppings.

For our lunch break, we hailed these grilled, melty sandwiches and ate to our hearts’ content.

Everyone brought delicious sides like veggies and chips.

We ended our tasty nod to the grilled cheese with amazing desserts, and a good time was had by all.

Thank you, Rachel, for being the Grand Griddle Mistress! She prepared every single sandwich according to each of our specifications. She’s the best! 🙂
