Veteran’s Day 2016: To Honor and Support

Why Veteran’s Day Matters

Many of us here at Southwestern Payroll have a loved one who has given their service to the United States military. So for us, Veteran’s Day is more than a bank holiday. It’s something we take seriously.

We believe in the value of honoring those who have given so much for our safety and comfort. And Veteran’s Day is the ideal time to stop and consider the careers, health, safety and the very lives given for this United States of America we love so well.

Today, pause and be mindful of those around you who have faithfully served our country. Those who keep us protected and strong. Support them and their families. Show respect as they pass you by at the airport, the grocery store, the park.

Here are those veterans whom we are proud to call family and friends.

Thank You, Veterans.
